All the issues that were common on the earlier model years of 99-01 were fixed with new added touches of beauty. Engine was made bigger to a 3.6 liter rather than earlier 996's of 3.2 liters. Exhaust system became beefier and gearbox got stronger. More horse-power were added and the body became wider with new bumper touches and lights. Convertible tops were sturdier with added headliner and rear heated glass. As an investment, 02-04 are the best years to be purchased since it keeps its' value much better than earlier 996's ,due to the fact that it is a much sturdier ,more powerful and less maintenance Porsche 911. Overall Condition: Great well maintained vehicle that drives nice rides very well and looks to be garage kept. Exterior and interior looks great with very minimal wear and tear. Exterior have usual rock chips for being on the road for 10 years. There are minor touch ups do to normal wear and tear with very close inspection. Paint looks good, shiny and glossy. This Porsche is truly a head turner do to its' color combo. Interior is complete with everything functioning. It looks good with the extra options that this vehicle is equipped with.
