Thank you for your cooperation. ******************************************************************************************** Offered is a 2004 Toyota Tacoma, pick-up, 2.4 liter, four cylinder engine. This Tacoma has only 33,782 miles and is being sold with no reserve so we do not have to re-list. This vehicle is being auctioned by the Woodridge Illinois Police Department. The history of this vehicle is unknown as it was seized in an arrest that occurred on April 22, 2007. This vehicle was awarded to the Woodridge Police on February 24, 2009 by court order and we hold clear title. When it was awarded it had about 24,700 miles and since then we have been using this vehicle as a ‘pool car’ and we no longer have a use for it. This Tacoma has been a reliable vehicle for us. We will attempt to describe this vehicle to the best of our ability and you may inspect the vehicle, in person, by appointment. The body looks nice (see photos) but there are some dents, scratches and rust marks. There is a trim piece missing from the passenger side headlight area. The tires all have good tread and appear fairly new. There is a hole in the muffler (see photos) that causes loud exhaust noise. The interior is dirty but in good condition (see photos). The air conditioner blows cold and the cover to the fuse panel is missing. Village of Woodridge mechanics have performed routine maintenance on the vehicle since we acquired it. This is not a guarantee that the vehicle will not need any further maintenance or service. Other than these stated observations we have no further information regarding this vehicle’s history. We always disclose everything we know about our vehicles, but again, these vehicles have an unknown prior history and are NOT inspected by us prior to auction. The NADA listed value for this 2004 Tacoma is $6,725 for "rough trade in", $7,625 for "Average Trade in" and $8,350 for "Clean Trade In".
