I’ve owned this car for a little over a year, but it’s been owned by a relative, who meticulously maintained it, for most of its life. It runs/smells like a new car, I've treated it very gently and taken exceptional care of it. It’s really a time capsule, with most original parts still in excellent condition. I NEVER planned to get rid of it but I’m deploying for another year to Afghanistan with the Army and I will not be able to afford to store it during that time. My relative had this car most of its life, and he was a fanatic about the maintenance. It runs perfectly with no smoke and drives silky smooth. It’s never been in an accident and has no rust at all. It’s really a time machine, as almost the entire car is exactly as it came out of the showroom. Even all the splash shields, air ducts, and inner wheelwells are intact. The only changes are the radio (I have the original), the tires, R134a air conditioner conversion, and he upgraded to perfect suede seats at some point. Other than that it’s bone stock, including the original exhaust which is in good condition. When I got it the body had the normal dings and scratches, so I had the body disassembled, had each component renewed and then professionally resprayed and it looks flawless. I've just had a full service done on it and the air conditioner was also serviced (no leaks). The tires have about 1,000 miles on them, the brakes have 3,000 miles on them, I installed a new battery 2 months ago, and the transmission shifts perfectly. This car needs absolutely NOTHING. It's not perfect but it's in damn good shape! Known issues: There are two spots on the drivers door panel that look like they have been repaired. The rear interior panels in the trunk area have some scratches on them. The drivers seat has a small stain on it that should come out. Please contact me if you are serious about purchasing my car. No lowball offers please, this isn't a beat up car that's been abused and had outrageous modifications done to it. This car has been meticulously restored and babied by its previous owner.
