1977 DODGE M880 POWER WAGON 4X4 No Reserve I just started a new project in my garage and I need more space. So I have decided to sell my 1977 Dodge M880 4x4 Pickup, which I have owned for years. This is a special 1-1/4 ton pickup model built by Chrysler motors for Military use. It has a 5.3l 318ci V8, a Torqueflite 727 automatic transmission, 4X4, New Process 203 transfer case, DANA 44 axle in front and DANA 60 axle in rear, with 4.10 rears, 8-lug newer style Dodge chrome wheels with 10 ply 245/70/16 tires with good tread. (I have the steel wheels available with decent tires if you prefer) Truck recently had a new dual exhaust installed which exits in front of rear wheels, Class III receiver hitch on rear and a class II receiver hitch on the front hidden behind a flip down license plate, There is an old bed liner cut to fit in bed to protect the rust free bed floor, This truck was painted in spring of 2001, and at that time had two new front fenders replaced, At that time it was the only rust on the truck. The under body is solid with surface rust (frame and so forth) It now has 2 spots of rust on body, and some scratches but can be easily repaired (see pictures), custom tailgate thanks to US government, have a beautiful original tailgate included, that is painted to match. Truck has power steering installed, dual (12v) batteries, inside the truck is equipped with bucket seats and carpet, AM/FM/CD with speakers in the doors ..This truck was painted years ago and paint is holding up fairly decent however there are now scratches, some dings and a few spots of rust, but nothing major. Fuel gauge is inoperable as well as the amp meter. I have installed a mini tachometer on the pillar and a mechanical water gauge on the dash, It has a electric brake control for pulling a trailer with electric brakes. Truck has 64,000 original miles. This truck although its doesn't get used often it is always ready to go,… get in -- hit the key and go,, This truck is awesome in the snow and has a good heater, speaking of snow I also have available a Sno-Way snowplow that fits right on the truck but not included, will consider selling that seperately..This truck is 35 years old and looks good in the pics and in person however there are dings and small dents and scratches, it is not a show vehicle, It is also a S brand title because I got it from a government facility click on this picture to see additional photos of this truck .. Truck is sold as is. I feel the truck is dependable/ drive anywhere however top speed of the truck with the current gears is about 62-63 mph @ 3k rpms. Email with any additional questions..
