In San Diego area and up for No Reserve auction is this good, all original sports car. 1985 Porsche 928 Touring coupe. Has a strong 5.0V8 with an automatic transmission. Comes with the owners manual folder. If you are new to Ebay with 2 or less positive feedback, please me with your phone number.The paint is all original and does have some fading on the roof. There's a small dent/scrape at the left quarter panel towards the rear. I will have a picture of that corner shortly.Engine is strong. Easy to start and idles smooth. Transmission shifts very well. An advisory light comes on at times indicating that the timing belt tensioner needs to be serviced. Could mean replacing the belts and tensioners. I don't know but it rans great now. AC/heater does not work.The interior is excellent. Leather upholstery is great. Hardly any aging. Dash has cracks. Side panels, and rear carpet is very good. Sunroof works. Rear hatch lid motor doesn't work, it doesn't close all the way. Front hood supports are weak. Left door has a corrosion spot at the top middle area. Windshield has a few rock chips. Odometer does not work. I'm selling this car true miles unknown and exempt. Per federal odometer law, all vehicles more than 10 years old, miles are not recorded at transfer of vehicle at DMV. Matching set of Michelins are good, about 60-80% tread left. Wheels are nice. Brakes stops well. It has a clean and clear CA title. Registration expired July 2011, so for CA buyer, there're a couple of hundred dollars worth of back DMV fees. There's no back fee for out of state or foreign buyers. Car has passed CA smog and us ready for transfer in CA or other states. Passing smog meansit has a healthy engine cylinders, ignition system and emission system. SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY!
