Looking for a cute little roadster to cruise around town in, or across the state even? Well here is a well sorted little MGB! This car came out of a private collection and has been well cared for. It has a recent top and front seats, both within the last 2 years. The dash and gauges are in nice condition as scene in the pictures. The door panels are original and not perfect. It has been repainted some time ago and is not perfect but very nice. The cylinder head and engine have been refreshed (2 or 3 years ago)and a new clutch has been installed. Compression is 130 across a 4 cylinders! The transmission is very smooth as is the clutch. There is also new brakes including calipers installed on the car. It features: - Moss Motors Chrome Bumper Conversion which is $1179.95 plus shipping - Stainless Steel Header and Complete Exhaust System - Weber carb converions -Most Suspension Bushings have been Replaced with Upgraded Bushings- Wheels have been recently refinished and have newer tires - There is also even a newer CD player in there for you to enjoy some nice tunes while driving along..... Please note this is not a California smog legal car. There is no emissions equipment on it. If you want this car for California the buyer is totally responsable to make it compliant. Seller is not held liable for an smog certificate or equipment. Fact of the matter is that there is very little to the smog systems and parts are cheap and available if you wanted to do so. The car just had new Valve Stem Seals installed with a Valve Adjustment and Tune Up. Also a new Valve Cover Gasket installed as well. This is a great west coast example with very solid under pinnings and floors. The rockers are great and so is the body. You can see in the pictures how solid it is. This car brings the best of both worlds with late model improvements and driving characteristics, coupled with the great early chrome bumper styling. And with the Webber carb and full exhaust this car is built to thrill!! You will get smiles and compliments everywhere you go!!
