This is a 1974 BMW 2002tii swap, in original granatrot red, although it has been repainted. This car is very well sorted and maintained as you can see below, but does need one or two maintenance things to be done to it. It seems a small leak has developed in an o-ring in the brake booster, but this doesn't affect driveability. I still drive it every day to work. Clear title and current inspection. The speedometer has stopped working, but I suspect it would be easy to fix or buy another one for $100 or so. However, a lot of work has been put in to this car, and it is extremely reliable. Everything from a 1974 tii was swapped into a 2002 body, excluding the dashboard (which is flawless). All parts of the engine, fuel injection system and mechanics from a 2002tii are in the car and fully functional. There are two small surface rust areas that I know of, which are under the rear window and the left rear window. I have patched the rear window rust spot with POR-15, and sealed with silicone as a temporary fix. The metal piece for under the window can usually be found for <$100 and welded in. No rust on strut towers, as seen in photos. I also have a newly rechromed front early bumper that I will include with the car, as well as door seals and a rear window gasket. I paid significantly more for for this car, and have invested a good deal of time into it. I just need a better car for commuting. 320is Recaro Seats in great shape No drumming or vibration, New throw out bearings , output shaft seals etc... Tii master and Booster, Brakes and struts etc......not just a motor swap...everything tii but the clock. (just couldn't cut a perfect dash). All new fluids, redline. 74 tii Engine, Kugelfisher and all injection related items are present and fantastic. Excellent compression at about 155 on all . Everything works!
