Barn find 356 C Cabriolet!!!!!! I believe this is an SC model. I have sent off for the Kardex report on the car to verify all of this information, but it is still 3 weeks out. The car needs extensive metal work including, floor pans and lower body panels. The car appears to originally have been sky blue with a black interior. The car does look mostly complete, including what appears to be the original engine and transaxle. The only parts I noticed missing were the speedometer and 1 seat. These cars finished are currently demanding $150,000 plus. Even with the needed work, this car can be an excellent investment. Please feel free to ask questions. After looking all the numbers over, it appears the car is a real SC car with all original drivetrain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As best I can tell after tracing all the numbers, the car is a late production run car, and that the motor and trans date out perfectly for a 65 356SC cabrio. The hood, deck, and doors carry the last three of the vin, and I took additional photos from underneath that you can find at www.nuvintagecorvettes.com under the Porsche 356SC tab on the toolbar. Looks like this is an all original car that would be extremely valuable. The transmission numbers are photographed and you are welcome to ask questions or come see the car!
