1983 Toyota Diesel Hilux Pickup 5Spd stick, long bed, 2x4, mileage at just under 125,000. Runs Great! New/Recent: -Timing belt -Clutch -Hoses -All Filters -Head and Tail Lights -CD/MP3 Stereo After much research, I purchased this truck from sunny San Diego to be my commuter vehicle to and from Atlanta. I made it work for a while but I'm just a tad too tall for the cab to be comfortable. Truly unfortunate as the truck regularly gets 36 MPG on the highway! Tires have been balanced and rotated regularly and have plenty of tread left. This is an excellent vehicle for a fuel conscious individual. The truck has had a respray from the original dark orange to a red and the new paint is very tired-looking. The body has its share of small dings and dents. There are a couple minor cracks on the dash and the carpet under the floor mats is worn through. No tears on the original bench seat and the dash is good. The truck also comes with a camper top! I have the truck listed locally as well, so the auction may end early! I would be happy to send more photos or a short video to any interested party. Thanks for looking!
