I bought this 1979 Ford Bronco 6 years ago. Purchased as a project for my son and I. He is grown and I have lost interest. It has over $5,000 in new parts. About two years ago decided to redo interior. Removed seats and pulled carpet out. Still have all interior parts, except carpet. Two front seats need to be re-upholstered but back seat is in very good condition. Here is listing of new parts I installed: 6 inch super lift suspension, no blocks-all springs, new bushings front and rear, adjustable track bar, dropped radius arm, dropped pittman arm, sway bar drop, lengthened drive shafts and brake lines, dual front shocks and steering stabilizers, new Dick Cepec 37x15 fun country radials, Mickey Thompson wheels. Also has new weather stripping, new grill shell and front bumper, new Flow Master exhaust, Bronco Sport steering wheel and six new Auto Meter gauges. Now the bad: painted in 2006 but is starting to fade, some rust starting on rear quarter panel and bottom of tailgate. Might consider floor pans while carpet is out. Drivers seat has been temporarily re-installed for test drives, but no seat belt installed, so purchaser will need to arrange shipping. Tailgate window still works. 351 Stock engine which runs and sounds great. Auto transmission shifts perfectly. Drives and handles better than stock. Fun vehicle that always gets a lot of attention.
