It is an automatic 4 cylinder. Vin# 1HGCM56314A109035. It has 85,000 miles. I am the second owner and bought it as a certified pre owned car from DCH/ Kay Honda dealership Eatontown, NJ in 2006 with 15,887 miles on it. The certified pre-owned additional warranties have expired, so it is no longer under any warranty. I have all of the original manuals and pre-certification paper work. The car comes with both original Honda Keyless Remote Keys and the standard valet key. The one keyless remote key has a crack in the plastic shell casing, but as a second spare key, the 1 piece of black electrical tape on it allows the key to function flawlessly. During the time I have owned it, the car has never had a breakdown. The only repair I have ever made was an oxygen sensor for the emissions. The emissions themselves work flawlessly, it was just the sensor that went, and the vehicle has just passed NJ inspection this month as you will see in the pictures. The inspection is good for 2 years until 6/14. If you live out of state, you will not care, but at least it will prove to you that the car is in great running shape. The battery was replaced in the summer of 2010, possibly 2009. I had the original battery which was 5 years old when it died, so I believe it was 2009 that I replaced it, but again, I can’t remember. It currently works very well and I have no problems with it. The front brake pads and rotors were just replaced this past July 2012. The rear pads and drums are still good also. I do not know the how far away they are from replacing, but the mechanic told me they are still fine. Generally, they last a long time since most braking is done with the front brakes. The front suspension struts were also examined by the mechanic and are still in perfect condition with no problems there either. I have had two of these cars for 8 to 10 years each in the past. I have always received great performance from using Mobil 1 synthetic oil and have been religious with changes. The air filter was just replaced in the engine compartment, and also inside the car for the inside air filter. The tires could use changing. Here is the deal with them. They have a lot of tread on them, over 50% tread remains. The problem is that they are a very cheap brand, and were sitting on other rims for a long time and sat unused. The problem comes from the fact that when you take tires off of another rim, sometimes, the tire retains a memory for that other rim and the shape of the tire becomes slightly mis-shaped. As a result, there is a lot of street noise or vibration that comes off of the tires. You can hear a howling when driving the car as a result. I drive a lot of high speed highway miles with the car. I generally have the radio on and do not hear the noise. The tires handle great in the rain and at high speeds including 90 MPH. However, I am disclosing everything I can about this car as I have perfect EBay feedback and plan to keep it this way by disclosing everything in detail to the prospective buyer. You can use the tires with confidence for quality, however, if you are going to be bothered by the road noise, (like a howling/ vibration from the road) then you will need to replace them. The windshield has a small ding in it. It is not a spider crack which can spread over time. It is a circular crack. I have had it for a few years and it has not spread or widened, so I have never replaced the wind shield. You can see it in the pictures. It is very small. The windshield wipers were just replaced also. All of the lights inside and outside of the vehicle are in perfect operation as well. The transmission shifts smoothly and has perfect power. I have mostly performed drop and fills on the fluid. In all of my previous Hondas, I have always been advised not to flush them after 75,000 miles, and so I haven’t. You can decide what to do with servicing it in terms of fluids once you perform your first service. The windows and seals are all in very good condition. No water leaks of any kind, and all of the windows are power. The locks are power, and the seats are manual. Overall, every function and part of the vehicle works perfectly as designed. I currently drive it every day with no problems as my primary commuter vehicle. The interior is in great condition. The seats are cloth and the car has mostly only had me in it. The back seats were hardly ever sat in as well as the passenger seat. 95% percent of the cars use was with me only in the car, so the interior is in great condition. I have nothing to hide with this great car. The car was fully detailed inside and out this month in preparation for sale. However, as a black car, you can see scratches. Not scratches as like a “keyed” car, but the ones that you commonly see on black cars. If you don’t know what I mean, just look at any late model black car when you park next to one and you will see what I mean. They are even hard to pick up in the photos, so I am telling you about them in the event you never get to see the car in person. Again, I have a perfect feedback rating and so I prefer to be over descriptive so that there aren’t any surprises with the vehicle. With a fresh layer of wax and a new detail, the sun was reflecting all over the place no matter what I did. So, I took around 80 pictures from every angle imaginable. However, I have been hit while parked 2 times. You will see the dent in the front hood from someone who backed into me, and you will see some passenger side rear quarter panel dents from a vehicle that backed into me at the grocery store. There are 3 half dollar sized dents and they are hard to notice. If you can’t see them from the pictures, I will try to take additional pics for you to highlight them. Additionally, the rear bumper has scratches on both sides from parallel parking idiots that can’t pull out of a parking spot without scraping the car in front of them.
