You are bidding on a very clean government-owned and serviced, 2006 Ford E-350 hightop ADA compliant commercial wheelchair van. This van is powered by the dependable 5.4 liter V-8 engine and automatic overdrive transmission. It has only 111,480 well maintained miles on it. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below to see the entire report for free). PLEASE LOOK AT THE 90 PLUS PICTURES I HAVE POSTED OF THIS VAN. HINT: IF YOU SCROLL THRU THE SMALLER PICTURES AND CLICK ON ONE OF THEM, IT WILL REPLACE THE LARGER ONE. THIS IS A SOUTHERN VAN IT'S ENTIRE LIFE WITH NO RUST ISSUES, LIKE SO MANY ON EBAY HAVE. This van has NO rust, NO body damage and NO paintwork on it (accept for the blue stripes that were added of course). The paint is very shiny and bright with only minor rock chips and scratches to be found on it. The body is very straight as well. You will have to hunt to find even a minor "door ding" on this van. The only thing I can find is the passengers side rear door has a small dent (see picture with my finger in it). The conversion is very well done by one of the top companies in the country. The fiberglass top is in great shape with no cracks. The bus style front passengers door allows you to load your walking passengers much easier than trying to get them in a side door. This van has handrails and poles located in the entryway to insure easy loading and the safety of your passengers. The second door is where the lift is located. The doors are spring loaded so that you don't have to worry about them blowing back and hitting the lift or your wheelchair passengers. THIS IS THE MOST VERSITALE AND EASIEST WHEELCHAIR/SEATED PASSENGER STYLE VAN THERE IS. The tires have about 40% tread left on them and are wearing evenly and smoothly. The interior of the van is in great shape. It has no tears, rips or holes in the seats, rubber flooring or dash. The driver's bucket seat is cloth. The rear seats are all easy-to-clean vinyl. The van is set up to carry: 10 seated passengers + the driver, 5 seated passengers + 2 wheelchair passengers + the driver or 7 seated passengers + 1 wheelchair passenger + the driver. Six of the rear seats will fold up and give you more room for the wheelchairs. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES OF THEM BOTH UP AND DOWN. The interior is 74 1/2 inches tall, making it easy to move around and help your passengers. The lift is a Braun Millennium commercial lift that is rated to 800 lbs. The lift looks to have been very lightly used. It was built 03-06 and was new when installed in this van (you have to watch for older lifts being installed in these vans). I have had the lift inspected and serviced by Lift-Aids here in the Dallas area. It works perfectly. The van has wheelchair anchoring points located thru-out and will come with 1 set of wheelchair anchoring straps. This van has a commercial RV style rear a/c unit to keep it cool in the heat of the summer (it came from central Florida, remember). The van also has seperate rear heating as well. The van appears to have never been smoked in.
I have purchased over 20 vans from this agency. I have found them all to be in top mechanical shape. Still, I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, fluids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. THIS VAN NEEDED NEXT TO NOTHING. We drove the van from Florida to Dallas with absolutely no problems at all and it got about 15 mpg on the freeway driving here. It has no wobbles or shimmies at 70 mph on the freeway. It has no leaks or drips. The transmission shifts out solidly and smoothly. I also had the van serviced and inspected by a front-end shop. THIS VAN IS READY TO BE DRIVEN ANYWHERE AND BE PUT TO WORK. All the power and electronic equipment work like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle. I take pictures of all my vehicles as they are when they come to me. I don't detail them and shine them up to hide stuff in the pictures. The pictures of the underneath show you the normal road dust and the fact that there is NO RUST. I will have this one detailed and awaiting the winning bidder.
