1999. Toyota. Land Cruiser. Black and Tan. *Not Running*. Good Fixable Reliable SUV. V8 engine needs repair, is not turning over. Gaskets are blown. Just had the timing belt replaced, drove for two days when a heater line busted and the majority of the coolant leaked out at the top back end of the engine. It has been sitting while I decided whether to fix the old reliable so the battery is dead. This would be the perfect car to fix and give to a teenager or for a family that can fix themselves and drive another 200,000 miles. We regularly maintained the vehicle at the local dealership or Quality Automotive here in Columbia, S.C. This is honestly the first thing to ever go wrong with the car and if my half blind step father had not been driving it I believe we would still be driving this great vehicle today. My bad luck could be your good luck. Also, me having kids means that there are minor issues with the interior. It will also need tires. And yes, if you want the Thule bike rack, it's a gift!
