1983 Honda

This is a 1983 Honda ATC 70. it does not have a title. Im not sure they were required on atv's since it doesnt have a license plate. The motor turns over easily. It ran a year ago but the rope pull broke and it has not been repaired. I took the rope pull assembly off and cannot locate it. I might be able to find it before the auction is over. I was going to part it out but decided someone might want it whole. It is missing the mounting bolts for the front hub, the seat needs replacement. the front fender is broken and the rear fender assembly is cracked. This can be repaired and used or someone can use it for parts. I live in central oregon zip code 97756. This item will not ship. It needs to be picked up or I will deliver to anyone in salem, or eugene oregon for $50 in fuel. This ATV is being sold "as is" and has no warranty or guarantee. Please email me with any questions.
