Vehicle Detail
If you are looking for a well-cared for, carefully restored and reasonably priced MGB this one is for you. This car turns heads wherever it goes and is a blast to drive. Garage kept, very reliable. Unlike many of the stories I’ve heard about MGBs being unreliable, this car has never left me stranded! While not perfect, this car is show quality and looks incredible. Cars of this caliber rarely come up for sale. It is being reluctantly parted with because I realize that I just don’t have time for it at this stage of my life -- I have 3 small kids! I will probably regret selling it one day. Relisted because the previous winning bidder failed to pay. He was from out of state and never even saw the car in person. Please be a serious bidder.New paint job done in original British Racing green less than a year ago to match the original British Racing Green color. The car was sanded down to bare metal before painting, and the new paint looks incredible. Wheels have been sandblasted and refinished with a set of correct new tires. Mechanically it is in excellent condition. Recently the entire brake hydraulic system was replaced and rebuilt. The engine is strong and runs well. It has great oil pressure and does not smoke. The transmission shifts smoothly with no bad noises or popping out of gear. Cosmetically, the car is in great shape as well. The interior has been restored with new seats, door caps and door panels. The carpet, while not brand new, was replaced a while back and looks good. The convertible top is also relatively new and is in great shape. It also comes with the original jack and the jack bag (not pictured). It has its tonneau bars with storage bag (not pictured) and the original half tonneau cover. All receipts and records kept. Equipment that has been updated. New British Racing Green paint Boss Frogz MGB Dual Hoop roll bars.
