I am re-listing this Ranger because the buyer did not come through with the deposit and did not show up to collect the vehicle even though I gave him an opportunity to do so. This is another chance to acquire good transportation with cold A/C at an affordable price! Feel free to contact me with any questions. I am listing this 1997 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cap with about 150,000 miles for a very nice gentleman. He's selling it due to a divorce. I also listed a 1994 Corvette for him too. He has owned this truck for about 14 year and has been very good to him. He recently gave it a economic paint job, looks OK, but certainly not a show room condition job! The car had an accident, maybe two, but not sure if it had two. The driver side door was replaced as well. I drove the truck and it ran fine. Suspension, and brakes work fine too. A/C is very cold, and tires are about a year old. Some of the warning lights on the instrument panels are on all the time and some come on and off. The owner said that at this point of the truck's life it's typical of these models for their electronics to go a bit crazy, and from my own experiences, I believe him! If you are looking for an affordable and reliable Ford pick up truck that is good in gas (it has a 4 cylinder engine) and presentable, then I think this one is worth your consideration.
