Original owner was a pilot that flew out of Denver International airport, he owned it for majority of the vehicles life. It sustained some very light hail damage. Something you don't see unless your looking for it or right up on the vehicle. He then sold it to the guy I bought it from who only owned it for a few months then decided to sell and get back into VW's. I'm the 3rd owner, it's my DD/ I purchased this car last October, it's been a Colorado car until I bought it. No wheel well rust!! Didn't see eastern road salt. Dunno if Denver salts there roads but it's very clean underneath, there is more rust underneath on my other 03 wrx than this one. I put about 20k miles on it while I worked out west, drove it cross country back to WV. Been out of work and have bills to pay need to sell this. I'm a subaru enthusiast and vehicle has all due maintenance including timing belt done. It's pretty clean for year/mileage. The bad, at some point it got a surface scratch behind the drivers side door but before the wheel well about 4 inches above side skirt. Surface rust but, it's fixable, tried taking pic but it wouldn't show up, but scratch is about 2 inches long. Interior has a scratch on glove box, not bad and the passenger side door handle is worn. And like most subarus it uses oil. About 1-2qt every 3000k miles depending on how hard you drive it. Doesn't blow smoke and no leaks I've seen, just uses oil, common on subarus. Available for inspection and test rides message me if interested. All stock except, a replica borla headers and OBX catback exhaust. (has cat vehicle passed colorado smog) Sometimes throws the p0420 code due to exhaust, live with it, or use a hand held scanner to delete it every so often. Doesn't affect vehicle performance. I'd continue to use this car as a DD if I wasn't out of work, it's a good car and will be missed. Mileage will vary as I'm still using it but will be close. I'm sure the next owner will enjoy it.
