Yep she bought in Culver City CA in 1975 as M-plate shows the correct code of ‘UA’ for Los Angeles. Traded in her 1966 VW camper for it! It has the California recreational vehicle compliance sticker. Always Garaged, Never wrecked. Title free and clear. It is professionally restored with all new original neon blue/green plaid fabric and new foam in the back seat & bed + stool. Super clean on the inside and out. Slider works super smoothly and easy to shut. Interior was professionally repainted with removal of cabinets , bed, headliner and seats, side panels doors, windows rubber, trim with original factory pastel white. Its Clean Clean Clean ! All electrical systems working fine wipers , signals, lights, speedometer , horn , brake, overhead ; with new ignition switch just installed.Odometer not working. but estimated mileage at ~ 113000 Original 1800 cc fuel injection motor. Re-built at 96700 with new rings, bearings, heads rebuilt ( original German ones), clutch & pressure plate throw out bearing , rebuilt alternator new starter motor. so about 17,000 on re-build. Instantly starts and idles very smoothly indication the quality of the shop doing the rebuild. It Runs absolutely beautifully ! 4 speed manual transmission. Transaxle CV-boots replaced. Original Fuel Injection gone over with replacement of one injector and pressure regulator. New fuel pump, new master brake cylinder 200 miles ago. Brakes are in excellent shape. Spare tire in easy access removable back cabinet. The good news on rust : none , underneath excellent floors , rockers replaced. So its good for another 37 years. Original front window sleeping curtain , Factory Canvas over the dash bed.All new rubber seals for all doors and windows. AM/FM/CD,& aux MP3 input for radio.Worth noting: the dash while excellent condition there is one separation just right of the radio see if you can spot in the pic Cost of restoring to this condition is well worth the asking price.
