Up for grabs is a 99 Ford Taurus. Very used, from 1999 to 2011 by my lovely and venerable grandmother, and from October 2011 till now by me. Defects include...well...1.) Drivers side front door was torn off by a tree, replaced with a white door of the same model car, but the door hits the fender when you open it, so it makes a big bang noise. Doesn't hinder you getting out of the car, but looks like crap.2.) The engine is toast (I think). It was driven with no oil for a bit, and now the engine makes a clicking noise in tandem with acceleration. Now, this being said, it still drives, but who knows how much longer it'll drive for. This is mostly a fix-up car.3.) Minor scuffs in the paint on either side, and the passenger side mirror was taken off by a dump truck (We've replaced it, though). Passenger front side CV joint and wheel bearings were replaced recently, as well as all four sets of brakes and the master brake cylinder in the back. The car has never been in a collision, and still has all the airbags. Two <6 Month old tires, and also has a spare. Final note - this car DOES DRIVE. It drives just as well as any other car, though I'm scared to take it over 50. IT DOES DRIVE, but I think the engine will need to be replaced very soon. But then again, I don't have a clue about cars. I just know it's making a nasty ticking noise. Please contact me for any more details! :)
