1969 Buick Skylark - Stage 1 Deluxe Special Ever since I've owned my Buick I've been restoring it for the last 8 years. Lots of work in the engine and performance with thousands of dollars in receipts. I started with performance qualities first then recently interior restoration. This is one fast car! Still needs T.L.C. but its half way there and there's lots of meat on the bone for someone to turn it into a perfect restoration. The original body has only 131,000 miles on it. Story from previous owner stated he bought it from an old lady who had it nestled in a garage for years. He bought it and started beginning engine work then sold it 8 years ago. Some rust bubbles around body but minor. Interior needs work but very workable with new headliner. Painted 2 years ago with stage 2 clearcoat. Paint has some normal wear and tear. Despite her being a project car she's a solid reliable car and you could drive this car across country with no headaches. Looking for someone to take up the reins and guide her back to her glory days. Relatively rare car but really easy to find parts and accessories on the market. Owning this car makes you feel like a boss. Its like your king of the road. Who doesn't like that kind of appeal?
