Like myself he went to high school in the seventies and this car was built like we used to build them back then !! Thousands of dollars and many hours of work have been spent on this "OLD SCHOOL HOT ROD" - 1968 Ford Mustang Two Door Hardtop ! This car was bought new July 24, 1968 at Leipheimer Ford Sales in Butte Montana and has lived its whole life in Montana until we recently bought it and brought it to Boise, Idaho. It still retains its correctly mounted Ford drivers side door mounted data plate and comes with its ORIGINAL 1968 owners manual, original 1968 safety booklet, original 1968 helpful hints booklet and its ORIGINAL 1968 warranty facts booklet all shown in pictures below !! This car is sound and in WONDERFULL shape and is a NICE - SOLID - DRY - Montana - High Mountain Desert Idaho - Western car which NEVER fails to turn heads. In my opinion your not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL FLOORS than the ones on this car !! This car shows and runs very well. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come look at and drive this car for yourself. You won't be disappointed !! It has what appears to be the STRONG - ORIGINAL - Code "C" - 289 CID V8 Motor in it that according to the previous owner only has right at 2000 miles on it since it was completly - professionally rebuilt and has a mild performance cam - Edelbrock performance 289 intake manifold - Edelbrock performance four barrell carb - Edelbrock air cleaner housing - Cobra valve covers - Accel chrome Super Coil and a nearly new 2" Custom - "Throaty" - dual exhaust system with chrome tips that looks and sounds great and it runs AWESOME. Your friends will surely hear you coming when you lay the hammer down on this BEAST !! The engine is backed by the smooth - code "W" - C4 - three speed automatic transmission that has been rebuilt with a mild shift kit in it and it also functions very well. The odometer reads 34,115 but true miles are unknown. Just look at this thing though !! The mostly - ALL ORIGINAL - code "2B" - Dark and Light Blue vinyl interior is in nice shape including VERY NICE ORIGINAL Dark Blue and Light Blue vinyl front bucket seats, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Dark Blue and Light Blue vinyl rear seat, VERY NICE Original matching Dark Blue door panels, VERY NICE ORIGINAL dash, VERY NICE ORIGINAL dash pad with NO CRACKS, VERY NICE ORIGINAL gauge clusters including a 120mph speedometer, good ORIGINAL steering wheel, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Light Blue headliner, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Light Blue sunvisors and good ORIGINAL Blue carpeting. It is nicely equipped including FACTORY Power Steering, power brakes with DISC BRAKES UP FRONT, nice original drivers side chrome exterior rear view mirror, seat belts up front, day / night rear view mirror, working factory back up lights, good heater and defroster, factory gauge package, factory "T" handle floor mounted shifter, old school traction bars, rear air shocks and an Awesome aftermarket Panasonic digital AM FM stereo radio / CD player with two Kenwood 6x9's mounted in the back deck. All of the original light lenses and reflectors are clear, uncracked and in nice shape. These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. this car handles nicely and has a good working electrical system. We just purchased this Mustang from a collector in Huson, Montana and as you can clearly see in the pictures this car was his pride and joy !! Like myself he went to high school in the seventies and this car was built like we used to build them back then !! Thousands of dollars and many hours of work have been spent on this "OLD SCHOOL HOT ROD" - 1968 Ford Mustang Two Door Hardtop ! This car was bought new July 24, 1968 at Leipheimer Ford Sales in Butte Montana and has lived its whole life in Montana until we recently bought it and brought it to Boise, Idaho. It still retains its correctly mounted Ford drivers side door mounted data plate and comes with its ORIGINAL 1968 owners manual, original 1968 safety booklet, original 1968 helpful hints booklet and its ORIGINAL 1968 warranty facts booklet all shown in pictures below !! This car is sound and in WONDERFULL shape and is a NICE - SOLID - DRY - Montana - High Mountain Desert Idaho - Western car which NEVER fails to turn heads. It has what appears to be the STRONG - ORIGINAL - Code "C" - 289 CID V8 Motor in it that according to the previous owner only has right at 2000 miles on it since it was completly - professionally rebuilt and has a mild performance cam - Edelbrock performance 289 intake manifold - Edelbrock performance four barrell carb - Edelbrock air cleaner housing - Cobra valve covers - Accel chrome Super Coil and a nearly new 2" Custom - "Throaty" - dual exhaust system with chrome tips that looks and sounds great and it runs AWESOME. Your friends will surely hear you coming when you lay the hammer down on this BEAST !! The engine is backed by the smooth - code "W" - C4 - three speed automatic transmission that has been rebuilt with a mild shift kit in it and it also functions very well. The odometer reads 34,115 but true miles are unknown. Just look at this thing though !!
