In San Diego area and up for no reserve auction is this immaculate looking and running super rocket. This was owned and driven by a man in his 40's so the car was not abused. This car "DOES NOT" pass CA smog test so I would prefer not selling it to a CA buyer. A 1997 Nissan 240SX Coupe body with a 5 speed transmission. The odometer reads 171,541. It has a heart pumping 5 speed transmission. It was customized and the engine installed about 10,000 miles ago. This turbo charger kicks in and create so much more adrenaline than the factory turbo cars I have driven. It's just amazing. I guess all you car enthusiasts knows what I'm talking about. Here's the specs: Engine SR20 DET, 5 speed transmission, ACT clutch kit 6 puck, Koyo aluminum radiator, samco silicone radiator hoses, greddy boost controller, HKS cold air intake, greddy intercooler front mount, custom piping/boots/clamps for intercooler, greddy blow off valve & flange, HKS down pipe exhaust elbow, nismo injectors 550cc, nismo fuel pump, nismo mass air flow sensor Z32 M.A.F. sensor harness plug, nismo head gasket (metal), Garret 2871 turbo, steel braided lines 4 turbo, turbo exhaust manifold, nissan break update from a Z32 4 piston caliper, performance rotors all the way around, nismo LSD, lower RS springs, 4 stabilizer bars, tachometer with warning light, wide body kit, 19" stagger Axis rims, VIS carbon fiber hood, loud sound system with I-pod ready It has a GReddy Profec B Spec II control mounted over the steering wheel for adjusting the turbo boast. The Fatt DC Full auto Turbo timers DC mounted by the stick shifter is for allowing you to set the time to turn off the car so that the turbo can be cooled down by the fan. The Tach at the left edge of the dash indicated the RPM and an a level can be set, say 3000 RPM so that the light would come on if you go pass that. Engine has chrome headers that has finish turned blue/purple from heat. Has Stabilizer bars added inside the interior and engine compartment for better stabilization of the car so cornering is better. Wheels are Axis Muffler is Trust Radiator is aluminum Koyorad HKS air filter housing VIS racing Sport Carbon Fiber Hood and body kit. Metal plate is attached on the under side towards the front of the hood Optima get battery Kenwood Excelon amp KAC-X621 Kicker Woofers Sony Drives preamp tuner with remote Paint is beautiful. Yes, it has a Fiber carbon hood on the car and I have the original hood also to go with the car unless you don't want it. If it's shipped, I can have my son strap it to the hood with some padding underneath. Include an extra $100, that would pay for the material also.It has an awesome sound system. Too much for my ears. Has Nismo removable steering wheel. There's no AC, had been removed for reducing the weight and also so the engine horse power is not reduced. It has no airbag for the driver side anymore and I don't know if the right airbag works. Assume that it doesn't.For that, the airbag light in the dash stays flashing. The bulb can be removed, I guess. The car is lowered with lowering springs. Engine is strong. Easy to start and idles well, smooth with no smoke or anything else. Dashgauges show good readings at both idle and high speed. When the turbo charger kicks in, it makesthis whistling sound which my son says is normal. Transmission shifts very well. Clutch works well also. The interior is good. Upholstery is very good. Dash, side panels and rearcarpet are good. Tires are good. 275/30ZR19. Wheels are nice, brakes stop well.
