Seriously, I am SO tired of getting screwed over with this car! WHY waste your time AND my time if you are not interested in it? I have sold it then didn't get paid for it, I have been given offers and then never heard another word . . . it's getting old. I am very willing to entertain reasonable offers for it as MANY people have looked at it. I understand that it may look like a daunting task to get the repairs done that need done, but many of them may be simple fixes. If you are SERIOUSLY interested, then make an offer and pay for it and take care of the paperwork and pickup or shipping of the car, PLEASE!! Also, please don't buy it, THEN ask me what it needs done! HELLO! The information is here! I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but it's really getting frustrating to deal with it all. THE FIRST OFFER OVER $800 GETS IT! I NEED TO GET THIS OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY! 1999 SAAB 9 3 with TURBOIf you've ever owned or driven a Saab, you know how much FUN they are to drive! However, this car needs work, so it would be a great project car or a great parts car. I just got a new vehicle, and don't want to put any more money into this. As you know, Saab parts are expensive, and hard to find - and with Saab now completely out of business, it's going to be even harder to find the parts you need!The car has a sunroof/moonroof, heated leather seats, keyless entry, power locks, power windows, AM/FM CD player and more. It has less than 145,000 miles. The car does run, and I was using it daily until approximately 3 weeks ago. It does have some dings and dents, as a car this age would. The inside is somewhat dirty but it was a family car so this is expected! The leather seats are in basically good condition, but the drivers seat is ripped at the seams. This car is definitely used, but OH so much fun to drive! I have MOST of the maintenance records from the time I've owned the car. There will not be records for things like oil changes and such I had friends do - but inspections, work that was done, etc. is mostly there.As stated above, it needs work - some of it is minor, some of it could be kind of major. The transmission is starting to slip and it has an oil leak. It needs a front end alignment and two new front tires (rear tires are fine). It recently started to run hot, but has not overheated even though the needle has been all the way in the red. The air conditioning/heater is not working properly - air/heat only comes out of the defroster vents instead of on the floor or face when you turn the knob there. The clear coat is peeling, and some of the clips that hold the windshield in are busted so it's taped in right now! It's not so pretty right now, but with some love and care, it can once again be a great, FUN running car. Or, it can be used for the good parts it has.The Pennsylvania inspection has now run out (June 30) and it is not currently insured as I transferred the insurance to my new vehicle.The Kelley Blue Book value on this vehicle in fair condition is over $2600. Though my car is between poor and fair condition, I am asking $1250 or best offer. I am being completely honest about the condition, and will give further details after you contact me. However, please don't send me low ball offers ($400 or $500) as I am aware of the good things the car has going for it. I LOVE this car, and I am really very sad to see it go, but I simply don't want to put more money into it.
