Vehicle Detail
NOTE: Selling this sweet mopar for a friend: Up for sale is this 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II two door hard top VIN RH23D67272496. The car has been a daily driver for the past few months and I wouldnt hesitate to drive it anywhere. It has the all original 273 2 barrel engine and the column shift automatic transmission still in it. This car is RARE as it was special ordered with the 999 paint code in Petty Blue. The engine fires right up and runs great. The transmission shifts out smooth and the brakes are new all around. It is an a/c and radio car from the factory. The a/c holds a charge but the blower motor does not work. The body is in good shape overall. It does have surface rust but no rot on the body, just a couple small pin holes on the cowl very minor. Please see pic. There is dents and dings along the quarters and doors. The passenger side quarter panel does have bondo around the wheel well where the car was in a collision. The frame is solid and the trunk floor is rust free. The passenger side floor pan will need a patch replacement for the front. The rest of the floor pans are solid. The passenger side front floor pan is the only panel on the whole car that needs to be replaced. All of the trim is there and the passenger side trim goes with the car. I do not have a rear bumper for the car. The interior consists of all the hardparts with the exception of the radio which was missing when i bought it. The car has the original black interior still in it. It will need a headliner and carpet. The bench seats are in presentable condition with only slight rips and tears. This car can be brought to show quality without any major panel replacement. I have never seen another petty blue 1966 belvedere as 999 paint code cars are rare. There are other ones out there but not very many especially petty blue. This car is as solid as it gets for an all original restoration candidate. The car was sold new in Baton Rouge, LA and has spent its entire life in the south. Clear Louisiana title in hand. NO RESERVE bid to win!!! I reserve the right to end this auction early at any time for any reason as the car is for sale locally. Thanks and good luck!
