This Triumph TR6 Roadster is a NICE - DRY - SOLID - Washington State - Idaho high mountain desert - Western vehicle that is sound and in GREAT shape. We just purchased this BEAUTY from the older gentleman who has owned this car since 2006 and as you can clearly see this car was his pride and joy ! It comes with its original owners handbook and still retains its correctly mounted drivers side door jamb mounted factory original Triumph data plate both shown in pictures below. I drove this car for the last several days as my everyday driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you it runs and drives VERY WELL. It has AWESOME power, gets good gas mileage and handles like a slot car, TO FUN, what's not to like? This was the last year for the all chrome bumper and the first year for the lip style front spoiler and they tell me it's the year to have ! If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come and look this car over for yourself, you won't be disappointed !! This is a QUALITY CAR FOR SURE and if you like attention then this car is for you. This BEAUTY has what appears to be the STRONG - ORIGINAL - Triumph - 2.5 Litre - inline six cylinder motor in it and running VERY well. The engine still retains most of its ORIGINAL parts including original valve cover, original exhaust manifold, original dual carb intake manifold, the original dual Stromberg carbs and the original dual carb air cleaner housing setup all shown in picture's of the engine compartment below. The engine has less than 10K miles on an expensive - complete down to the bare block engine rebuild done by a British car only specialty shop. Less than 6K miles since a new clutch and pressure plate were professionally installed and less than 10K miles since a brand new wiring harness was professionally installed. The engine is backed by a smooth four speed manual transmission which also functions very well. The - code "11" - Black vinyl Interior is in GREAT condition with NICE Black vinyl with red piping front bucket seats with factory headrests, NICE Black carpeting, VERY NICE ORIGINAL Triumph steering wheel, NICE ORIGINAL seat belts, VERY NICE matching Black Vinyl with red piping door panels, VERY NICE NEW wood dash, VERY NICE Black dash pad with NO CRACKS, VERY NICE black sun visors and VERY NICE ORIGINAL gauge clusters including a factory tachometer. This Triumph TR6 is nicely equipped including an AWESOME underdash mounted Kenwood digital AM/FM stereo radio / CD player with two 6x9 speakers mounted in boxes in the back, factory power brakes with disc's up front, dual chrome sport exterior mirrors, factory gauge package, headlamp gaurds, trip odometer, good heater and defroster, original day / night rear view mirror and factory seat belts. This British Sports Car is a great running and wonderful looking Roadster. This Triumph TR6 Convertible has sharp looks, good power and good gas mileage as well ! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drivetrain are all in good working order as well as the electrical system. All the lights work including the headlights, taillights, front and rear turn signals. Speaking of lights all of the ORIGINAL light and reflector lenses are clear, bright and uncracked. All of the rubber weatherstripping and window fuzzies were replaced several years ago and are all still in NICE condition !! The trunk compartment is nice and clean and still retains its ORIGINAL Black trim material thats still in good condition and a nice black carpeted mat. This Roadster is SHARP !! This ride is a great investment opportunity and it is priced right ! It is in GREAT condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a good example of a sought after and hard to find collector sports car which is not seen at every stop light for sure. The original chrome front and rear bumpers and stainless steel rear luggage rack with leather tie down straps are all in GREAT condition. Check out the NICE Triumph Steel wheels with correct TR6 center caps and chrome trim rings with Michelin X red line steel belted radial tires, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING on this car and really add to the overall cosmetic impression of this BEAUTY !! The engine is backed by a smooth four speed manual transmission which also functions very well. We prefer a bank to bank wire transfer of funds as payment for the car but we will also accept a bank cashiers check (US only) or a third party check but we will validate the checks authenticity and the funds must clear our account before the vehicle or the title to the vehicle is released to the buyer or the buyers agent.
