Vehicle Detail
This fully loaded vehicle has been 100% reliable for me in the 4 years I've owned her. I purchased her with 174k miles here on Ebay and she was just as flawless then as she is now. Dont let the high miles fool you. They are nearly 100% highway miles as the original owner had a long commute to and from work. This baby has seen less than 20k miles in the past 4 years as I work from home and only drove her to do local errands. Heres a list of the maintenance done on this vehicle: New Transmission has less than 30k miles (Was installed by ford a few months before I purchased it) 4- New Shocks less than 10k 2- New Rear Springs- Installed at the same time as the shocks 4- New All season radials, less than 5k AC Recharged last summer Synthetic Oil Changes every 3k miles Heres a list of the cars features: HID headlights and Fog lights (Bright bluish lights like the new luxury cars) Kenwood - DNX 5120 Sound System (Rigged to allow 100% Navi and DVD operation even while driving) In-Dash Garmin Navigation (Built into Kenwood) 1000 Watt Amp, With Polk Audio Speakers on all 4 doors 12" Deep Sub-woofer (Easily Removable when 3rd row or space is needed) IPOD ready (Control Ipod from the Radio in Dash) XM Radio Ready Plays DVDs, MP3 Discs and USB Sticks Dual Climate Control Dual Heated Seats Towing Package 3rd Row Seating Chrome Handles Ski Rack Other than the expected wear and tear like a few tiny chips in the paint of the front bumper and normal slight wear of the drivers seat, there is a cosmetic crack below the rear glass door. Doesn't affect the functionality. I've seen this same crack on hundreds of other explorers. Its very common (See pic) Shes runs smoothly, no strange mechanical sounds or anything out of the ordinary. She steers perfectly straight (Even bettern than my new Nissan Murano)
