1969 International Harvester Scout 800 edition. This is a Great classic Scout, Very rare, 1 owner, stock 4x4. The original, numbers matching 304 V-8 engine runs great. In 1969 the 304 was the top of the line, most powerful engine built for the scout. It fires right up, idles smooth, and accelerates with power. The 3 speed manual transmission shifts smooth with a solid clutch and considering it is a 3 speed, it surprisingly can go 80 mph without getting the rpm's up too high. I was very impressed with every aspect of this machine. No engine leaks. The original two tone color combination looks fantastic. Alpine White and Blue, perfect for a classic Scout. The paint is extremely glossy and the body is very straight with no rust. Equipped with the original wheels and wheel caps along with a brand new set of BF Goodrich All Terrain tires. The Scout comes with 2 tops, the original hard top and an additional bikini top. The Scout is also equipped with a matching Alpine White roll bar, ready for any adventure. The interior is in great shape. The seats have no rips or tears and the dash pad has been re-upholstered in matching Alpine White. Also equipped with the factory rear seat. Clean and clear title.
