Vehicle Detail
1974 International Travelall This is one well equipped international. It has the big 392 v8 with Automatic Transmission. It has power steering, power brakes, AC trailer hitch, trailer brakes, Dual tanks, bucket seats with buddy seat/ console. It is equipped with sway bars front and rear, The Dana 60 ½ ton rearend. ( I don’t know if it is a Posi). It has new tires and moon style hubcaps. Pros: The engine runs good with no smoke or blowby, the tranny shifts good, It drives real smooth. The Radiator has been redone and new hoses. The body is real straight with the exception of a dent at the base of the right front fender and a small dent in the tailgate. All the windows roll up and down good, including the manual crank rear window. The front seats are not torn and sit real comfortable, There are some tears in the rear seat and the dash pad is good. The chrome bumpers are in good shape. The original color is a dark green, I have know idea when it was painted but a long time ago. The odometer reads 60100, that might be right but more likely 160100. Cons: There is some rust around the rear fender wells, like usual. The floors are solid One section on the rear headliner is missing, there is no radio and there are speaker holes in both front door panels, It has a small exhaust leak were the pipe hooks to the exhaust manifold. The oil gauge doesn’t work, There is no belt on the AC compressor, but it is all there and the compressor is not locked up. It runs good, but the carberator is not the original. The carb is a Quadrajet and the choke doesn’t fit exactly right and it starts a little hard when is is real cold. It is dependable and nice driving, it drives better than any suburban I’ve had. It can be driven the way it is or with a little work be a real cool hotrod, tow rig, family rig, dog hauler or all the above. If you have questions feel free to ask. It has a Clear Idaho Title and can be shipped world wide. The buyer is responsible for the shipping from Zip code 99212 (Spokane Valley Wa.) Please don’t ask if you can make payments over time, or send some check for the truck and the shipping. This is a no reserve auction so please only bid on it if you want it. If you want to talk on the phone, email me your number and I would be glad to call you. Thanks.
