You are bidding on a very-well maintained 1990 Mercedes 560 SEL. It has 121K miles. We have owned this car for about 2 years and it has been problem free for the time that we have owned it. We purchased it from an estate sale – from 91 year -old owner that had always garaged the car – a practice that we have continued. Sale of the car also includes a car an all-weather car cover. The paint on the car is in excellent condition. There is no rust anywhere on the car. There are a couple of minor issues (pictured) – a small paint chip on the hood, and some paint chips on the front right bumper. This was here prior to our purchasing of the car. The car has never been in an accident – according to Carfax. The interior is also in excellent condition. The wood trim does not have the sometimes-typical cracks or signs of wear. The heated seats are in excellent condition. They have no cracks or signs of wear whatsoever - no staining or rips or tears. The carpet is also in great shape as well. All electronic equipment – radio, heated seats, windows, etc. – all function properly. During the two years we have owned the car, I have only had to change the brakes and oil. The brakes and master cylinder are probably about 3 months old and the oil is freshly changed. The engine has no oil leaks. I have put in a new air filter. The transmission shifts perfectly. The car has a great deal of power and is a dream to drive on the highway. It is still a luxury car after 20+ years. My wife loves the car and is heartbroken I am selling it but quite frankly we need something with more seating for our large family. The car is in great condition and will need very little once purchased. When we bought the car, it sailed through inspection without issue. I would expect it to do the same for you, Overall, this is a great car. We have thoroughly enjoyed owning it and driving it for 2 years. Obviously, it is 20+ years and is not a show car so it is not perfect – but it is in great condition. I am selling the car “AS-IS” for year and mileage but please bid with confidence and sincerity.
