This is a 1968 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ 40. It has an original running, newly rebuilt, F1 straight six motor. I replaced all of the gaskets, piston rings, seals, connecting rod and main bearings, and oil pump. When I had the motor out I had the crankshaft refinished professionally, and the cylynders honed. I also replaced the clutch. Currently there are about 35 estimated miles on the new motor as the odometer does not work. The body is in great condition, and for the age, is suprisingly rust free. The paint could use some work. This rig comes with a warn electric winch (not currently mounted) as seen in pictures. It also has the original jump seats in the back. The top comes off within minutes for summertime driving and the windsheild folds down. I built and installed a rollbar copying the stock style as it did not come with one. I use it mainly for hunting, fishing, and driving around locally. It comes with a towbar as the original engine is known for its lack of speed. The four wheel drive works fine. I replaced the brake master cylynder but the brakes still need some work. They do work but they must be pumped first. Buyer is responsible for pickup.
