I am listing this 2001 New Beetle GLS Turbo with about 59,000 miles for a very sweet couple in Sarasota, about an hour from me. They are the original owners, and they are selling it because they want to buy something else with more cargo space. This VW is in incredible condition, well maintained, and garaged. Runs and drives very well... It's tight and it feels like a new car. Vehicle has all service records, original literature, books, etc (see photos). This particular model has the pop up rear spoiler too. Here's a list of Factory Performance/Handling package that came with this Bug: • 1.8, 150 horsepower, 5 valve, turbo charged engine• 4 wheel disc brakes• 16" all season tires• Power rack and pinion steering• Front wheel drive• Independent strut front suspension• Track correcting independent torsion beam rear suspension• Electronic Differential Lock (EDL) and Anti-Slip Regulation (ASR)• Speed Activated Spoiler Tires are new too. The headliner has some stains by the handles (see photos). The vehicle may have some blemishes here and there too, but as the images demonstrate, this VW is in very nice condition.
