I bought this 56 Buick Special with thoughts of grandeur. The engine runs great and the transmission shifted smooth but did leak fluid. I had intentions of taking the body off the frame and it is almost to that point. I was going to sandblast everything and take my time putting it back together. I labeled everything as I disassembled it but have decided it is just too overwhelming (cost) of a project for me to continue. The body is very solid with plenty of surface rust but only a few small holes, mostly in the passenger rocker panel. The car is complete except for the fuel tank.
