1965 Ford Thunderbird Landua 2 door 390 4v. This is a great original 2nd owner car. I purchased it from the 2nd owner .51,some odd thousand original miles. Original top, interior,paint on all jambs, engine, with tag. Paint is code R , which is Ivy Green .Car has had one repaint which was done probly , by the looks in the late 80's. The car has been stored inside and has the nicest original jamb paint and door tag i have seen. The trunk has original paint markings inside it. Car was cared for and shown by the original owner in Utah. He passed away and the car set until the familey sold it to the 2nd owner , where in he keep it ans dindnt drive it much for two years to when i bought it. He did have the seering box redone about three mounths back. I have since put a new master cyclinder on it, and bleed the brakes . It now runs and drives great , i have been driving it daily for three days, and will keep driving it as weahetr permitts.This is what it needs , is driven. I have to many project and not enuff space. The engine is a 390 4v with a cruise o matic. Runs out like a sewing machine. The oringinal ower cromed the breather and put some CJ valve covers on it. He also chromed and rebuilt the booster and hood hendges and springs, also fan shroud and export brace.All chrome looks original and in great shape no pitting.Car has the opional Thunderbird mirrors on both sides. All the glass is original and look great! Power windows work the best i have ever seen on an old car. All under hood paint is original. The paint is good for its age , look and presents well for driver car, no rust , floor pans , quarters doors all great, no issues with the body. Interior is nice and all original, power windows, doors, antiena, cruise which is unhooked? The interior is very nice for original. There are no tears in the seats and they look great as does the dash. The driver door panel has some cracking at the arm rest. I have a extra door panel for the Lt side that is the same color and in better shape that goes with the car.It also has the opional passenger seat that raises up. A/c that has been converted to 134 a , but doesnt work, not sure why.Every thing is there for it and hooked up though. I am not a ac guy , so not sure about that. Trunk , very nice has all the covers and so on. Spinner hub caps and a set of extra plan t bird covers. Comes with a set of factory fender skirts, need painting for car, but nice. Also a driver side door panel, and afew other odd parts. Tires are in great shape. Basicly this thing needs a new driver with a garage. Has a few minimal problems , cruise is unhooked? not sure why. A/c no worky , not sure why.Driver seat belt light unhooked as well, it stays on if not un hooked. I can keep the car instorage until pickup is made. I would not mind driving this car any where its that nice, but with any old car, i would advice using a trailer to haul it home. If you wish to ship it i will help with that all i can, but all shipping must be made buy the buyer. Also i must be paid in full before releasing it to any shipper. I have the title in my hand and ready to be signed over to the new owner.
