1963 Triumph Herald Convertible 4 seater in incredible original condition. By original I mean it has had paint and possibly carpets by the previous owner, and I installed a new top and had the gas tank restored but everything else as the car came. According to the previous owner the car is from California and there is absolutely no bondo or rust in this body! Odometer reads 94,187 and there is no way it has almost 200,000 miles, but I can not verify it. All electrical and gauges work. The interior leather is soft and comfortable. There are a few spots where the stitching is starting to come undone. The dash cover should be replaced- otherwise the interior is nice. Door panels, carpet, dash all in very good condition. Top is new, original boot snaps on easily, which is a miracle. I purchased the Herald five years ago and have used it sparingly over that time. Always been pampered in my heated warehouse and always maintained. It drives great and the 1200cc engine actually has some pep. MAINE DOES NOT TITLE CARS PRIOR TO 1995. I can only provide a notarized bill of sale and my state registration which WILL work for you to register it in your state. (I can prove it!) This will be a fun car for the summer! This is re-listed. The bidding stopped $49 short of the reserve, which I thought was very reasonable to begin with but what seller doesn't think his car is worth every penny..... but seriously, mine is. :) So here we go with a BIN price. Could be gone in a day, could still be here Sunday.
