Its loaded with all the luxury features, good looks, and performance you expect from a top shelf sport-luxury sedan. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. It has just 63,623 original miles on it. This exterior is in very, very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines like new all around. The Carfax report is clean, showing no accident history. Exterior features include alloy wheels fog lamps, and a lip spoiler. There are some small stone chips on the front bumper. The seats are leather of course, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seat is also very nice. Rear seat passengers have their own A/C vents . You can fold down either or both of the rear seat backs if you need extra cargo area. This Maxima has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; BOSE AM/FM/Cassette/CD changer with steering wheel controls; Tilt and telescopic wheel; Cruise control; auto dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, and side curtain air bags. The automatic transmission can be shifted manually if you choose. The large screen in the center of the dash has a multi-function display that shows audio and climate control system info, as well as a trip computer, maintenance status, a clock and more. The Skyview roof consists of two glass roof panels that let in the light when you want it. There are sliding shades for both panels for when you don't. The auto-dimming rearview mirror has a compass display and controls for the HomeLink gate / garage opener. The owner's manual is with the car. The trunk is clean and large. This 3.5 liter V6 puts out plenty of very smooth power. Its rated at 265 hp and 255 lb-ft of torque. Current mileage on the car is 63,623. Carfax shows accurate mileage and no problems. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
