1961 Ford Falcon

1961 Ford 4 door Falcon with a 200cc Straight 6 with a 2 spd Automatic. This is a 6 year old restoration with all original ford mechanical parts used. Resent repairs/replacements: New Starter, New Starter Solenoid, New Voltage Regulator, New Battery, New Fuel pump, new Bilstin 3 inch lower shocks and jamco 3 inch lower front coils and rear blocks, new rear seals, wheel bearings, brakes, drive shaft yokes, and Drive Shaft was balanced. Also has new 3 core radiator, hoses, belt, and harmonic balancer, She rides like a caddy going to road. The interior is mint!! looks very good!!! no flaws not dirty! Carpet is new looking! I just had fresh pin striping done on hood and truck and replaced the truck emblem with new. Door handles have pitting but look good and fuctions perfectly. New Falcon fender emblems, new by-ply tires with SS trim ring. All Chrome is perfect!! I have just recently removed the side windows and felt because I was going to replace with new window trim molding but decided to sell her instead. (come with all window tracks). Id leave out if I was you and put new in. windows rattled too much for me. Front and rear glass is great. Not cracks and molding on both is perfect. Car runs like a top!! NO LEAKS, starts every time! Everything works. In and out! I love this car and hate to see her go. Everyone that sees it going down the road just can’t stop smiling. She looks GOOD in sun and paint shines. You do see some acid rain spots but a good buff will take them out. Body work and paint was done by last owner and it’s about an 8. Some little dings here and there, and she does have a few little rust bubbles at bottom of all 4 doors but you really can’t see them unless you get on knees. Trunk is dry and rust free!. Under carriage has been coated with under body paint so she is clean, dry and blk. I would drive this car from NC to Cali and back over and over with no worries. Someone will get a great little surfer car!! New clarion radio in glove box with AUX or I phone cable connections, new front center speaker and 2 new infinity 6x9,s in rear window. It sounds really, really good!!! I purchased it for my wife about 4 years ago and she loves it but she is ready for something dif.
