This is a very solid 1964 Mercury Monterey project car. It has a good and almost ready to paint body with minimal filler. The frame is solid as well as the floor pans. The trunk pan is thin but salvageable. It has its original 390 2 bbl that runs good. The automatic transmission is actually freshly rebuilt. The brakes grab and need some work. The interior is original and in great shape. It has the super cool electric rear window that works! It does NOT have PW, PL, or PB but I believe it has power steering. The wheels are some type of vintage 70s spoke and not original. The centers are included. All the trim is off the car but included and in good useable shape. The bumpers are good driver quality as are the grills and tails. It has a little rot on the back tail panel. Trim tag numbers are: BODY 54a. COLOR L (Bittersweet), TRIM 26 (black interior), DATE 09F, DSO 73, AXLE 5 (3:50 open), TRANS 4 (auto). The original color is a coral.
