This one owner car has spent it’s entire existence in Colorado’s dry climate which has treated it very well! It was purchased new from the Buick-Chevrolet dealer in Fort Morgan, Colorado Novermber, 1972 by Bill & Morjorie Chapman of Brush, Colorado. This one -owner car has resided and garaged on the eastern plains of Colorado it's entire existence since it rolled off the showroom at the Buick dealership. The odometer reads 37,181 miles but, the title reads exempt due to the age of car. Based on the condition of this Electra and the fact that a car of this caliber(luxury class) typically gets driven to town or to church once a week, those miles could be original. Also, Farmers and ranchers tend to drive their pick up trucks for daily mobility due to greater versitility in performing chores or hauling things around the Ranch. The original vinyl top, dash pad, paint and interior are all in very nice condition. Shows only minor wear on drivers seat(see pictures). The burlewood inserts in door panels and dash are all in great condition. Factory equipped with the infamous big block 455 4 bbl V-8 engine that runs well, automatic transmission shift thru it’s gears smoothly, as it should. Standard equipment on the Limited edition includes most, if not all the power options available for this model year ; power windows, power door locks, power drivers seat, tilt/cruise , Air conditioning AM/FM stereo radio. The early-to-mid 70’s Buicks were perhaps the last of the big cruisers that you could buy in the 4 door hard top models. In 1977, they were all down-sized onto shorter chassis’. Chevy, Buick Oldsmobile and Pontiac’s were made about 2 feet shorter by comparison.
