Vehicle Detail

I've owned this car for twenty years, hate to sell but don't have room for it anymore. Always garaged and driven in good weather only. The car was originally blue, previous owner painted it red, and I had it painted silver about five years ago. Still looks good, though there are three small spots where the paint has begun to bubble. Nothing major, going to need some attention at some point. The interior has new carpet and the seats professionally redone. The dash has no cracks. Door panels good also. Driver door armrest was broken so I had to fabricate a new one. The metal cover on the dash covering the gauges has some surface rust on it. The targa top has new seals and a new liner. Windows roll up and down with no binding. All gauges and lights work. Needs a new relay for the drivers side headlight. Light comes on but does not raise or lower. It's the one thing I haven't gotten around to fix yet. I had the headlight motor checked out and that's fine, so the relay is bad. Brakes: Has a new master cylinder, all rebuilt calipers, all new pads, and new flex brake lines. All four tires are new. Wheels are painted chrome color. Never got around to upgrading the wheels. Engine: Has approximately 3000 miles on it,professions rebuild, 1.8 liter, Web cam, larger oil pump for cooler running, dual carbs. Runs excellent. New muffler, heat exchangers are good, no leaks. Transmission shifts into all gears and reverse with no issues, you just have to get used to where the gears are on these cars. Rust: had a new suspension console welded in,a few years ago, precise replica part from Automobile Atlanta. These cars suffered from battery acid corrosion over the years in this area, rusting the suspension control arm bracket out. Battery tray is good. Rear floor pans replaced several years ago, from the rear up past the seats. Sills are good. Front drivers floor pan has small hole about the size of a quarter in it. This is the very front section available from Auto Atlantla past the seat section which I already had done. Trunk is in good shape, missing the key latch. Can not locate one at a reasonable price. Trunk still opens, won't lock. Front trunk no leaks, no blower. Was missing when I bought the car and I never replaced it. Heat works, no ac. Front bumper in good shape, rear I had painted black, re-chroming was very expensive. I think that's about it. Be glad to answer any questions. Great car, especially with the top off. Handles incredibly.
