Item Description and Features 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 SLT extended cab (green), Factory Rhino lined long bed. 12 valve Cummins Diesel with 117,689 original miles on it. Cloth interior (grey) with center flip down console. A/C cold, AM/FM cassette and CD player with all power option, power windows and power door locks, dual power chrome mirrors, rear sliding window, block heater, chrome step bumper, with a class 3 tow hitch. (This truck has not been a work truck or towing vehicle, no gooseneck or 5th wheel hitch ever installed.) This truck appears to have been some ones car truck. We feel very good about the winning bidder driving this truck anywhere and any distance to get home. Here is what we know Here is a 1 owner- very nice, well kept, maintained and serviced truck has been kept stock or factory,And we found no signs of after market items on this truck,It runs and drives great, strong motor, strong transmission, shifts and works properly, no odd noises, smoke or smell, recent all-season tires, front upper ball joints, lower ball joints, hub bearing assemblies right and left, new rotors, front brakes and both front axles have been rebuilt, this all done within the last 2500 miles. Nice Bonus for you - $2000 worth of work done. Truck is very nice in appearance nice paint, nice clear coat, nice shine, no rust or repair that we found. may find minor scratrches or a dings here or there but nothing that really stands out or real obvious. Hard to find this truck in this condition with these miles and being 15+ yrs. old. Free and clear title to winning bidder. Minor flaws we know Crack in Dash cover (very common), Radio display not always lit, windshield has a stone chip that was repaired at one time (not a star) not a concern but we want you to know what we know, This is what we were told that this truck speedometer seems to read approximately 5 miles an hour faster than actually driving which causes the cruise to not work properly. Truck has slight power steering hose leak which causes no immediate issues to the vehicle but we have 2 new hoses that come with the truck which you can install at your convenience.Steering wheel in not exactly centered when wheels are straight,After new power steering lines we recommend the front end to have an alignment. But in no way do we beleive any of these flaws will create a driving or safety concern to you or your family.
