Look at this GORGEOUS 1966 Dodge Coronet that is A REAL CORNET 440 NOT A CLONE !! This isn't your typical Mopar Restoration that someone did in their garage. This was every nut and bolt, FRAME OFF ROTISSERIE RESTORED over the last 2 years by a Award Winning Restoration shop right here in Idaho. WITH LESS THAN 150 MILES since restoration. I have driven this car several times and it is UNBELIEVABLY FAST yet is easy to drive in everyday traffic with its power steering and power disc brakes. The reserve on this car is not cheap but if you look at the picture above and the 100 additional pictures below and read this description carefully I think the reserve is fair for the car considering all the time and money that obviously was spent on this car !!. THIS IS A QUALITY CAR FOR SURE !!Let's start with the engine which is a Balanced and Blueprinted 451 CID Big Block Mopar V8 Stroker motor that is a tire smoking MONSTER. It was built by one of the PREMERE Mopar motor builders in the US and about $10,000.00 spent on the rebuild, and we have all the receipts!! The motor boasts over 430HP and 460 Ft Lbs of torque. The transmission is a smooth, rebuilt 727 three speed automatic transmission, that has a mild shift kit and a factory style floor mounted shifter. To finish-off the awesome drive-train it has a new drive shaft and new Eaton 3:55 Posi rear-end with large housing. Sounds AWESOME too with Factory stock cast iron style Headers and custom 2.5" dual exhaust with flowmasters and stainless steel tips. Nothing sounds better than when you lay the hammer down on Mopar big block stroker with the right dual exhaust system, WOW !! This car has had those little touches that you only get with a Master Builder, like the smoothed firewall and inner fenders, etc... It has Power front disc brakes with Drilled rotors and dual piston calipers, Power steering with re-built box and pump, all the steering and suspension components are new, as are all the bushings (Energy suspension - Poly red). THIS IS BETTER THAN A NEW CAR !!Next let's move on to the exterior and interior. The exterior Black paint is STUNNING!! This car was stripped to bare metal. The metal work was then done and every dent was taken out in metal !! Then it was bare metal primed and blocked and blocked and blocked some more. Then painted with Dupont Croma-Premier Base Clear system including three stages of wet sanding and buffing. It is truely a mirror finish. The interior is also new with new Original 67 Black front bucket seats, new rear Original style bench seat, new headliner and sun visors, nice Original dash and new dash pad, nice new walnut steering wheel, New IDIDIT tilt steering column, new black carpeting and nice Original door panels. This car is nicely equipped including original AM Radio, 67 factory console, dash gauges and dual exterior chrome mirrors with drivers remote, , modern" Vintage Air" Heating and A/C system, hidden AM/FM/CD digital stereo that is IPOD compatible. All the rubber and weather stripping has been replaced, it has all new Stainless Steel Brake and fuel lines, new gas tank and sender, it really has too much to list. The 17"Crager SS Wheels with new performance steel belted radial tires on them, really sets off the look of this resto-mod Mopar.THIS IS A REAL DODGE CORONET 440 that has had a show winning restoration done on it! WOW !! Look at this GORGEOUS 1966 Dodge Coronet that is A REAL CORNET 440 NOT A CLONE !! This isn't your typical Mopar Restoration that someone did in their garage. This was every nut and bolt, FRAME OFF ROTISSERIE RESTORED over the last 2 years by a Award Winning Restoration shop right here in Idaho. WITH LESS THAN 150 MILES since restoration. I have driven this car several times and it is UNBELIEVABLY FAST yet is easy to drive in everyday traffic with its power steering and power disc brakes. The reserve on this car is not cheap but if you look at the picture above and the 100 additional pictures below and read this description carefully I think the reserve is fair for the car considering all the time and money that obviously was spent on this car !!. THIS IS A QUALITY CAR FOR SURE !!
Let's start with the engine which is a Balanced and Blueprinted 451 CID Big Block Mopar V8 Stroker motor that is a tire smoking MONSTER. It was built by one of the PREMERE Mopar motor builders in the US and about $10,000.00 spent on the rebuild, and we have all the receipts!! The motor boasts over 430HP and 460 Ft Lbs of torque. The transmission is a smooth, rebuilt 727 three speed automatic transmission, that has a mild shift kit and a factory style floor mounted shifter. To finish-off the awesome drive-train it has a new drive shaft and new Eaton 3:55 Posi rear-end with large housing. Sounds AWESOME too with Factory stock cast iron style Headers and custom 2.5" dual exhaust with flowmasters and stainless steel tips. Nothing sounds better than when you lay the hammer down on Mopar big block stroker with the right dual exhaust system, WOW !! This car has had those little touches that you only get with a Master Builder, like the smoothed firewall and inner fenders, etc... It has Power front disc brakes with Drilled rotors and dual piston calipers, Power steering with re-built box and pump, all the steering and suspension components are new, as are all the bushings (Energy suspension - Poly red). THIS IS BETTER THAN A NEW CAR !!
Next let's move on to the exterior and interior. The exterior Black paint is STUNNING!! This car was stripped to bare metal. The metal work was then done and every dent was taken out in metal !! Then it was bare metal primed and blocked and blocked and blocked some more. Then painted with Dupont Croma-Premier Base Clear system including three stages of wet sanding and buffing. It is truely a mirror finish. The interior is also new with new Original 67 Black front bucket seats, new rear Original style bench seat, new headliner and sun visors, nice Original dash and new dash pad, nice new walnut steering wheel, New IDIDIT tilt steering column, new black carpeting and nice Original door panels. This car is nicely equipped including original AM Radio, 67 factory console, dash gauges and dual exterior chrome mirrors with drivers remote, , modern" Vintage Air" Heating and A/C system, hidden AM/FM/CD digital stereo that is IPOD compatible. All the rubber and weather stripping has been replaced, it has all new Stainless Steel Brake and fuel lines, new gas tank and sender, it really has too much to list. The 17"Crager SS Wheels with new performance steel belted radial tires on them, really sets off the look of this resto-mod Mopar.
THIS IS A REAL DODGE CORONET 440 that has had a show winning restoration done on it! This car has ALL of its Original sheet metal.
