Up for auction is a 1967 Ford F-100 Step Side truck. The truck has sat under a shade tree for about 3 years on the farm. Some mice had moved in but they were recently evicted. The original Engine was a 352 v-8 and auto tranny. The current engine is a running 302 v-8 of unknown year and origin, it was put together from spare parts I had accumulated over the years. The 2-barrel carb needs to be cleaned and rebuilt, it leaks from the accelarator pump. The engine has a Ford Dura-Spark II electronic ignition system. There are no mufflers on the headers. Its needs a battery and a starter solenoid. The current tranny is a 4-speed manual, with granny low, 1, 2, 3. The brakes need some work, it did sit for 3 years. They pump up and will stop it at low speeds, but would need to be gone through to insure proper function. The tires hold air, but they are old. The front brakes are disc brakes from a 74 Ford F-100. The fuel tank was taken out of the cab and one was added between the frame rails at the back of the truck. The wooden bed floor was upgraded to a metal floor. There is a crack in the windshield. There is rust in the front fenders at the bottom corners by the doors. The cab corners had some rust also, as well as the floor boards. There was some metal attached with sheet metal screws to the floor, I only drove the the truck to work and the floor seemed ok so I left it alone. The cab mounts are there but they do have rust. It can be a fun project or with a little work, just driven, buyers choice on that. The truck is sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY.
