It has been modified by the VMI Corporation to allow wheelchair occupants to easily access the van. This is a nice van that was bought for a friend of mine who recently passed away. The van is in good condition inside and out.The van is equiped with custom ground effects and by the touch of a button the sliding door opens, the rear suspension lowers and the infloor ramp opens up to reveal a spacious interior designed to meet the needs of wheelchair and scooter users down to the last detail. The lowered floor allows you to ride at a comfortable height in your chair, offering ample head clearance. Removable seating enables you to drive or ride in the front or middle passenger position. Interior control switches are placed throughout the vehicle, putting you in complete command of your mobility.This van is aslo equipped with HAND CONTROLS as you can see from the pics plus a EASY LOCK SYSTEM that represents the safest form to secure your wheelchair particularlly if you intend to drive the van by yourself.
