This Porsche 968 is being sold by an estate. My late brother, who owned this car, was a genius who invented a computer that could measure the ocean's tides to a nanosecond. I mention this because the car reflects his passion and obsession with detail. That's not to say the car is totally immaculate; it has its nicks and patina with age. But no dents, and it has just received a $1055 detailing, including replacing the front seats because he was 6'5" tall and modified the original seats to fit his legs. It has a sunroof and full power. I have driven the car on the city and interstate, and it runs very smoothly, notably the 6-speed gearbox. My brother had it for nearly 10 years and put only 30k miles on it, and for that time it was garaged and well maintained by a qualified mechanic, with no trouble. In addition to the stock wheels and tires, there are Mille Miglia alloys with 225/40ZR18 Kumho tires. The Porsche 968 is a collector's car, only manufactured from 1992-1995, last and best of the 944 line, and the last front-engined Porsche until 2009. There were only about 500 Coupes made in 1993. On Mar-14-12 at 09:33:53 PDT, seller added the following information: It has an Alpine sound system, with removable face plate and remote control. My brother was into music and sound systems, so it wouldn't be surprising if the speakers were upgraded too, although can't say for sure. The dashboard looks as good as the rest of the interior.
