I have had my scout for about 5 years. It was frame off restored by the previous owner, approximately 15 years ago. He spent over $7000.00 on the complete fiberglass body parts alone. Doors, roof, hood and tailgate are steel. Everything else is glass from Fire wall, floor, all the way back. The paint looks great at a distance, but his nicks, scratches and chips and a bad repaint match on right front fender. The motor was rebuilt during restore, maybe has 4,000 miles. I have put maybe 400 miles on it in the last 5 years. Mostly used just to plow my drive, and the same for previous owner. I drive it to the Scout convention, in Burlington Iowa every year, and thats about as far as I go. I go to alot of car shows, and criuses and people will walk right past my 64 chevelle, and my 36 Ford coupe,(also for sale). and look at this old Scout. She gets alot of attention where ever you take her. It has a 345ci V8, Manual 4 speed PS, PB, Runs and sound awsome with dual exhaust. Has a slight exhaust leak on drivers side Manifold. Tires and wheels have less than 1000 miles It comes with a 6ft 6in Western Snow plow. Since photos were taken a chrome rear bumper. I have a rear seat for it, but it is old and black would need new fabric to match front seats As you can see in the pics, it has had every nut, bolt, screw, door latches and even the shifters, and peddles replaced with new...
