I tried selling this car about 4 weeks ago but the buyer and I did not come to terms, and I will leave it at that! The owner had to leave for a 3 week cruise so we had to put everything on hold anyway. I took new photos with better day light, and had it detailed. This is the type of car that only comes once in a while, and if you appreciate the 6 series, I would seriously consider this one... It is that good! I am listing this 1986 BMW 635 CSi with about 58,000 for an older gentleman in Clearwater, Florida. The car belongs to a retired Doctor and has decided that it's time to see her go to new home! He's the original owner, and the car has been garaged its entire life. I have seen many cars, and I have to say that this is one of the best cars that I have ever listed. The shape that this BMW is in goes beyond belief. It's truly like a "barn find." It has the original paint, and still has the original tires! Just look at the photos. Here are some cosmetic points; the passenger rear side lens is broken, but this will be fixed by the time the new owner collects the vehicle, the paint finish in some areas has a light oxidation and the front bumpers have minor oxidation too due to age. Still, as the images illustrate, the paint finish is in pretty good condition. This Bimmer can be driven anywhere the way it is and parked next to any new car because this is the one people will look at! With very little effort in can be taken to a near excellent condition. In order to sell it, he recently spent about $2,400 to bring it up to date. I have included the receipt for the work performed within the attached images. This is what was recently done to the vehicle: • New Spark Plugs• New Distributor, cap, rotors, and wires• New Airflow sensor• New Water pump• New Fuel Filter• New Expansion Tank Cap• New Transmission Cooler Hose • New Valve Cover Gasket• New Hood Supports with Struts• Tuned, etc...
