1956 oldsmobile super 88 two-door hard top, 68,000 original miles last owner had for 45 years car runs and drives good, has all new brake system at a cost of $2500, all trim was removed and was going to be painted but never did, have all trim for it and the stainless is all nice. the floors and trunk are rust free so are the doors and hood and trunk lid, one fender has a small place in the bottom corner and one quarter has a small place between the door and rear tire. this is a very nice car and with a repaint and rechrome the bumpers you would have a very expensive car. I do not have the hub caps I guess someone needed them worse than me. you are welcomed to come and look and drive. the gas tank is out of it now and has been cleaned and coated inside and out, it is running off a small lawn mower tank and I have driven it around that way, if I get time I may put tank back in but havent had time yet. the inside is very nice but ther is no carpet, call with any questions 270-302-1383 car may be for sale locally until reserve is met then I will let it roll also I may ad a buy now if someone is interested thanks for lookingOn Mar-29-12 at 16:59:19 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had a few ask about if it was a super 88 and yes it has the 4 barrel carb and it has the 3 speed auto instead of the 2 barrel carb and the 2 speed trans, this is a very nice car even the clock works, I just lowered the reserve so someone is going to get a deal. thanks for looking
