Vehicle Detail
This is a true California car. It has been in Florida for two years. It is 99.99% rust free. There has been many thousands of dollars spent on this car. You can pick up the car and drive it anywhere, with no problems. This car was driven from California to Florida two years ago. I hold a clear Florida title. I am selling the car because it does not have power steering. I am 67 years old and with my arthritis it hurts me to drive it. The motor is set up for power steering, but the steering box would have to be changed to a 605, etc. All the mechanical work on this car was completed two years ago. I will try to list all the work that has been done, I may forget something... The motor is a 350ci with a 700R-4 four speed automatic. The motor has Edlebrock aluminium 202 heads, Edlebrock in-take and Edlebrock 4-barrel carb., Doug's headers. Mallory Distrubitor System, Serpentine belt system cooling system, Electric Cooling fan, Transmission cooler, Ugooga horn, New battery (3 yr. warrenty), Wildwood power front disk brakes, Complete stainless steel dual exaust systen with straight thru mufflers, also stainless steel, front end completely rebuilt, new rear wheel cylinders, brake shoes. turned drums. American racing wheels and Goodyear Eagle tires (like new), all the guages you would ever need to include: Tach., oil, voltage, tempurature and transmission temp. gauage, new Sony AM-FM CD Player, GPS, XM radio. The interior is really nice, no seat belts, new door panels, carpet, seat covers, it needs a new headliner, radio antenna and a spare tire. I do have the original jack and lug wrench. The trunk and floors are all rust free. I have many new parts that I will give the new owner. The previous owner painted the car, it's a great 20 footer, lots of orange peel and runs. May be able to buff it out, I don't know. The driver's vent window crank is missing. All six lights in the back are brake and turn sigals lights (replaced the back-up lens to taillight lens). I don't know how many horsepower this motor is putting out, but it's a bunch! I tried to make the car a 60's cruiser, complete with fuzzy dice and a Hula Girl in the back window. The glove box is new. The front kick panel are after-market with speakers built in them. All in all it's a fun car. There are three small spots of rust, I tried to take photos of the areas. The car has all new shocks. The dash is not missing anything, it also has it's original AM radio. The car does not leak fluids. The car was done right, it does not overheat. The heater works. The dash lights and guages lights all work. The oil looks like honey and the raditor is clean. I have never had to add any fluids. When you come to get the car the fuel tank will be full. All the brake lines are new. All the hoses are new. I simply do not need the car any longer and it should be driven. The running gear has approximatly 3,000 miles on them. I will be happy to answer any quesions you may have. I will not stop the auction early. On Mar-13-12 at 15:39:09 PDT, seller added the following information: The car has new coil springs. The car has been lowered by 2". There are three pieces of chrome missing from the passenger's side...I do have all new clips for the chrome.
