1970 Z28 Camaro for restoration. Car will need a complete resto but still retains many of it's key original parts. It does have what appears to be the original block. Original engine components are : Block 010 dated F-2-0 , stamp is V0619CTB. 2019 distributor dated 0-E-25. 110 intake , 4555 carb dated 051 can still see the 4555 ink stamp. Original y fuel line section with bracket. Deep grove crank and wp pulley 647 AP. Exhaust manifolds are in the trunk one is dated F-1-0.other tuff to read. SEE PICS FOR ALL THESE. The vin # is very faint on the side of the block in rough cast and all i can see is an N and 335, i do believe it is the born with block given the stamp and cast date. Heads are dated K-26-8 and A15-9 and i assume they are from a 69 given the dates. Has 0 rockers. Incorrect alternator. Valve covers are correct with the correct bolts as is the throttle bracket. Has a M-21 from a 69 442 with a super shifter . Tunnel has been trimmed.has a 621 bell housing. This car yard drives and runs but rear brakes do not work. Motor has 60lbs of oil pressure but smokes.Tach works and some gauges. see pic. Once warm care runs pretty good but smoke a lot and has blow by. The rear is the original stamped COZ 0626B E. The original 3:73 GM gears dated 5 70 are still in it. see pic. Has the original rear sway bar and brackets on frame. Also has the original lower front control arm travel limiter aluminum blocks. see pic. Has original 772 fan dated F 70 and original LF radiator and fan shroud. The body will need work on the trunk, front of frame rails, common on 70 f bodies and all the body panels. front driver floor rotted and rear pass. Has correct gas pedal bolted to the floor.Has correct 3/8 fuel line. Original color combo was code 26 blue with black top black stripes blue interior. Will be a super sharp car finished. All the glass is in it and good. Int was changed to black a some point 73 style. Rear deck shelf is solid. Has an old school l-88 fiberglass hood. Rockers are super solid as is sub frame. has all correct power disc brake components in tact. Looks like the car was last on the road in 1985. I have a CLEAR MARYLAND opened TITLE and old reg for this car. Wheels are old Cragars. This is a good project that deserves a full rest due to all the correct parts still with the car. Please review all pics and please ask questions. I will answer honestly. I an NOT HIDING anything here.
