2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab Long Bed ***4x4 98,600 original miles!! Extremely low miles for the year and very rare. It was owned by someone in the armed forces and had minimal use for the last several years. 24 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel- This does NOT have the 53 block which had some casting problems. Automatic Transmission shifts strong, no delays, and operates like new! 4x4 works flawlessly Paint shines very good with hardly a scratch anywhere and there is NO clear coat peeling. It was garaged all its life except the last 2 months! The tires are all matching and have around 50% tread left Power everything with power windows, locks, cruise control, cd player, trailer brake controller etc... A/C blows ice cold and heat works good as well Steering is good with no abnormal pulling left or right, just very minimal play in steering wheel response as is common with this year truck. Some trucks are really bad and worn. This truck is not! Steering feels good! Afterall this truck is very LOW miles! RANCH HAND BUMPER! Heavy Duty!!! These are expensive! No oil leaks and does not smoke! This truck has been left bone stock all its life. Southern truck with no rust. These trucks are rare to find with low miles and no rust! What this auction brings is all you will pay for the truck. NO hidden fees like with a dealership. Rear bumper does have some minor dents in it. You can see this in the pictures. Also, the vent selection on the max A/c does not blow out the vents, only the defrost. This is a very minor fix and is a vacume leak in a line. The A/C does come out the vents, just not on the max A/C setting. The regular a/c blows nice cold air like normal. The drivers seat belt plastic holder where the seat belt retracts into the seat has broken and needs replaced. That about sums it up... This truck is very nice, you WON"T be disappointed!! And just to be clear since ive had a few questions regarding this. The A/C works great! Its just the vent selector switch that when switched to max A/C it comes out the defrost vents rather than the dash vents. It is a vacume leak which is a $5.00 1/4" line...nothing major. Just very busy to fix this and the A/C does come out the vents, just not on the max setting. Truth is it never bothered me enough to fix it since the A/C works very good! Keep in mind, its still a 2001 truck so its not quite perfect as far as the body is concerned. Bout the only thing wrong is a few small small indentations...i don't want to call them door dings b/c they are quite a bit smaller than your average door ding. Truly, there aren't many 2001 trucks in this kind of condition! I can assure you!
